He seems like a wonderful ambassador for his breed. So calm. Owner did a good job desensitizing him to the grooming process since he was a a much smaller ball of fluff. Going to one trusted groomer helps.

if they are taught and combed from childhood (which is necessary), then they even get high from the process - sometimes mine even fall asleep

I have two chow chows a gold male and cream female. They only 1 and 2 years old. Chows chows are like superstars. They get attention everywhere they go

Wow. Looks just like my first dog, a female fawn coloured chow chow. My poor mum did most of the grooming of her way back in 1972, as there weren't any dog groomers around where we lived. My girl wasn't so well behaved. Miss her beautiful face and nature. Now got a miniature rescue cavapoo to care for. Dogs are great❤

Gorgeous, grew up with Chow Chows and had our own. The most loyal breed of dogs ever. We had reds Chow Chows. Just beautiful so handsome. Enjoy 🐾🐾🐾🐾🇬🇧

I had a chow chow for thirteen years .She was the best dog .She looked just like this one .She had two litters of puppies .Both were good size .We got calls from ppl all the time asking if she was having more .She loved kids and cats but not other dogs! I miss her so much .ip Telekom🫶😇

I have a chow aswell, currently watching your videos so I can groom him on my own since no groomers will take him because he is a little agressive. Such a well behaved dog ❤❤

My chow chow is also very aggressive, won’t even let me groom her. Hates the brush & she doesn’t like being tended too

@@MomentFilms try introducing the brush to you dog every day it really helps, but you also need to be patient and careful for the direction the hair grows in ^^

I learned to do everything myself, grooming and haircuts (although I prefer to cut only my ass, but in the summer if it’s very hot I do a full haircut) they just don’t want to be touched by strangers, I don’t want to give them stress. But if you drive from childhood with one groomer, they get used to it and behave well
