I think they should complete everything before they put on rent I don’t know about housing law there but here in USA ready to move and everything the management provide and also rent include all utilities that’s all by law here. I hope so they’ll do there too

No, they don’t do it here , not all of them. Only some buildings do according to international standard but their rent is also extremely high like 100,000/- SAR a year starting price. They are ready to move in. These raw houses are cheap but you end up paying thousands in making them livable . In this video, the saddest part was not having a lift in buildings.

Ali Saab 2200 ryal is $775 canadian dollar. 2 bedroom in toronto is $2000. So that is 5675 ryal per on. Laga hai retirement mein Jeddah move ho jao.

Depends on offer... but mostly companies offer salaries with housing individually...like basic Salary plus housing plus other benefits like transportation etc.

Saudia k ghareeb expats becharay isi tarha rehtay hain. These things were bought from used furniture markets so of course they had no matching or something. We should be grateful for what we have . It made me throw up too.
