I wanted to react to LOONA the second the news broke about Chuu and BBC, just to show some kind of support and love to her and the group, but it took a bit longer than I expected :)

The lore in this mv is about the Odd Eye Circle (Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry) finding and completing all the other members. The mv shows that they found the whole 1st unit Loona 1/3 (Heejin, Hyunjin, Haseul, Yeojin, VIVI) and later on also found the 3 members of YYXY (Chuu, Gowon, Yves) But then 1 member is missing so they found Olivia Hye and that completes the whole members of LOONA. The amazing thing is that they also made this apparent in their Performance Video so yeah the choreography was also connected to the story. As how the lore started, LOONA is 12 and forever will be 12.

It's really hard to watch any LOONA content nowadays. Been a ORBIT since Why Not era ( so i'm a new orbit ) but throughout their QD2 appereance and World Tour in Frankfurt, they moved my heart like noone. They became one of my favorite groups and seeing them slowly fell into pieces, brakes my heart into pieces too. I really hope from this whole mess, something beautiful will come out, because it's hard to imagine a world without Loona :'( Thank you for your support for our Moon Girls, atleast what's left of them.

Fuck BBC indeed. Ok, I'm gonna comment on a few things whilst watching the video. 4:55 it's not really the introduction of the Loonaverse (that was the first solo debut, Heejin's ViViD), it's more of a culmination. After two years of solos and subunits, everything is finally coming together. The three subunits, the twelve girls finally meeting for the first time. In-universe that is, of course the all the members have been together since Olivia's solo five months earlier. 5:35 Yes, Olivia was teleported by Odd Eye Circle (Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry). This goes back to her story in the MV of love4eva (subunit yyxy with Yves, Chuu and Go Won) and her solo MV. I won't spoil the exact circumstances but at the end of it all she is left alone and lost in a dark forest. OEC are coming to rescue her and teleport her out of there. OEC have superpowers and one of those is teleportation. Also, notice Olivia's line "I'm being more egoistic than I have ever been". Her solo song is called Egoist, so that's a direct reference right there. 7:09 Yeah, BBC really axed their main vocalist smh 8:54 hehe, just you wait until you get to some of the predebut stuff. It gets VERY biblical :D I'll just say that Eden is an actual place in the Loonaverse. 10:40 I don't know if there was a budget issue. Remember, BBC was/is a money laundering scheme, so they did put a shit ton of money into the whole debut project. Before Hi High, there were 26 other music videos, three mini albums, two of which got a repackage and a grand total of 47 songs. It is true though that a lot of special effects wasn't their style back then. Maybe to be more accessible as you imply. But that doesn't mean that this whole thing wasn't expensive af. They literally flew Go Won and Olivia out to Iceland just to film a teaser. 13:57 There certainly is some meaning to the colour and kind of the borders in the video. One theory I've seen is that white borders means that the MV takes place between or in multiple worlds. Here it's about travelling all over the places to collect all the members. Black borders is about ascension and reaching new heights and borders on the side (aka the video is in 4:3) means that it's some kind of fake reality or false memories. And then there's that one MV that is very weird with its borders but I won't get into that right now. 15:21 Yes. Especially when you get to Butterfly and you don't include the dance practice in the reaction, I will riot. 18:02 Dude, I have read several first hand accounts of people who have worked with Chuu (like fellow reactor Form of Therapy) and everyone has said that Chuu is the sweetest, kindest person you could possibly imagine. BBC is talking out of their ass. 20:48 Olivia notoriously HATES aegyo but she pulls of these concepts like a pro :D 21:32 Yes, Butterfly is next. And after that you have several different options. You'll be done with the Korean title tracks for the full group. You could check out Star. That's a b-side to Why Not but it got a full MV and it's beautiful. There is one post-debut subunit song with Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Yves called Not Friends. You'd enjoy that one I'm sure. There are the Japanese songs with Hula Hoop and Luminous. Though Hula Hoop is so full of references to the solo and subunit MVs that it's honestly more fun to check that out after those. And that leaves you with the option to dive into predebut Loona, starting with Heejin's ViViD. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. We get there when we get there. 22:06 "Was she in Eden?" Olivia has actually mentioned how she was not particularly happy with both her subunit song and this debut but it's honestly one of my fav.'s. It is though, perhaps, the most bubblegum of all their songs not including Hula Hoop. I can see how overwhelming the lore is you. Believe me when I tell you it is to everyone. A lot of the choreo itself has lore in it. The beginning of the performance video shows them singing in sections. Those are the 3 subunits in consecutive order. Colors is another song that carries a lot of lore in the choreo. If you ever check out the guide people have mentioned it will give you a pretty good short summary of the story. You can also choose to learn the story through the MV's but I think a lot of people fail to mention that you won't just be able to watch it in order and suddenly understand it. It's very complex and will require a lot of either research or input from other people. When you get to Butterfly the choreo is an absolute must! I really want to suggest watching the teasers for Butterfly as well bc they are as beautifully shot as the MV itself but I may be asking too much. I know you have a lot on your plate so I get why it might not be possible to include. Thanks for giving Loona some love. They are one of my favorite groups and I'll always support individually or together.

This is their debut song as well as MV. So there are full of lore. As much as you know the Loonaverse, you can find out more details. Even their choreography and dance position have meaning. After checking all of "solo MV" , "Teaser" & "sub-unit introduce teaser", you will feel more different than now.

Chuu is the most adorable, coolest, nicest, kindest and purest girl I have ever known even though I don't know her in real life, you can look at all her videos, performances and especially TV or KZfaq programs and she is genuine, she always cares about everyone with whom she works with... BBC doesn't deserve her nor LOONA, my hugest dream nowadays it's that any good entreprise adopts them (and that also means that company would earn millions with them), a company who welcomes them and cares about them... IMO When i heard the abusive part and I really don't know the story but I'm just thinking this thing with Chuu and the company has been going on for a while. Maybe something happened which made her mad and lash out but only after months and months of them mistreating her first. Like she can only take so much shit. So the company see that and twists the story. I don't know but I agree I don't see Chuu being abusive.

To sum up the Chuu / BBC controversy... BBC: "Chuu has been expelled from the group because she was abusive and mistreated the staff" BBC staff: "WTF are you talking about? That never happened." The simple truth is that BBC is falling apart. They have been for quite some time now. Almost from the beginning they've been dealing with money issues and it's only gotten worse as time went on. They worked putting this group together, no one can argue about the creativity that went into their lore and their music has always been top notch but, as a company, it's obvious they don't know WTF they're doing. I'm the type of guy that usually gives kpop companies the benefit of a doubt. We've heard all the horror stories but when we dig a little deeper, the stories really aren't as horrific as they first seem. Probably 75 to 80% are just little things that blown WAY out of proportion. I mean, we all know how kpoppies just love love love love their drama, right? But when it comes to BBC (and Cube), they've proven, without a shadow of a doubt, that they're a shit company. I wouldn't shed a tear for them if their building fell into a bottomless sinkhole. In fact, I'd probably point and laugh. Ideally, all the members get to break their contracts with BBC and they end up, as a group, with another company that will take good care of them. It's very unlikely, but it would be nice for us fans if it worked out that way.

Staff members have already come out in support of Chu. This has NEVER happened when something similar takes place. Yes, I suppose money or favours could be being exchanged for this support (but then again this would leave room for revenge, blackmail, etc) and I've never been one to believe in grand conspiracies. yes sadly they're in big trouble few time after FLIP THAT to me the song who made me fall for them . i'am so sad for CHUU and for all the probleme they got . i'am angry after they're agency. but it is what it is we can do nothing . to be honest HI HIGH was not my cup of tea but i love they're choréo and as a group they're still to me one of the best dance group. i will support them now and i hope than if they leave they're agency they will sign with another one .

i rlly appreciate the reaction but the fandom has agreed on boycotting bbc or not giving them money by not watching/listening to anything loona has released. the thing with loona is much more vile than people who hasnt tuned in think. there's multiple threads on the mistreatment loona has experienced since debut (for example, not getting paid a dime since the day they debuted) but please don't stop supporting loona! boycott bbc, support loona. if you stop streaming anything they've officially released, we don't give bbc money. if they don't receive money anyway, why would it matter???
