I watched this the first time around when I saw the concert, which confirmed to me that GoWon was the one above the hurricane. But what sticks out to me on this second viewing is her styling and dress. We do see close ups of her in this attire- that's what she is wearing during her closeups in the smoke which goes from blue to orange, as well as her one clear close-up. I feel like they had a little more stuff filmed that would have given more context to what is going on in GoWon's scenes that didn't make the final cut for some reason. We may never know.
