How to repair Eartec UltraLITE. We have been using Eartec's UltraLITE system as our video team communications for years and we love it! It is a budget-friendly system and very stable. However, because we use them often, the boom mic will often come loose on one of the headsets. Rather than send it in for repair or order a new headset, we decided to repair it ourselves.
