Wooooowwww, that is amazing. I do the one lying down every morning, but the standing position is amazing, especially about a half minute later - so relaxed.

Hi, thankyou for this video which is so well explained, I have arthritis of my hip and have tried doing this Exercise before but pulls on inside of my knee, should I continue to do this as I know how good it is for my hips
