you can honestly completely ignore the thumbs ups and thumbs downs, they’re completely meaningless and idk how tf the game determines if something is thumbs up or thumbs down, but trust me, its not worth going off of that to decide what you’ll keep and what youll get rid of, as you get higher up in gear, youll have less and less gear to look at, i get it can be annoying to go through hundreds ans hundreds of pieces of gear, but once you hit the next tier, transcendant, it gets less and less, and then supreme and above it becomes very easy to sort through stuff because you wont be getting a ton of them

Note: Tinker's Lab Nightmare Hard Core wave one completion is another option which worked well for me. Also, the Tavern can be used to store gear by dropping the items.

If you open the chests on a monk, you will get monk weapons. so it doesnt matter what character you beat it with.

You REALY should start gearing other characters too. As general builders guide I’ll go hero: most important to least important stats Monk: range, hp, damage, rate Apprentice: attack, rate, range, hp Huntress: range?,hp?,attack,rate (overall not as important) Ev: hp~damage, rate~range (pretty much just the first two) Summoner: hp, damage, range~rate

I only just started the video but if you want drops for specific heros you can switch to them during the second build phase and open the chest with them. The best would be to use your summoner and get only armor drops since all of your heros need armor.

I’ve been replaying DD1 along with your series! Definitely invest in your weapon damage stats! (10mil mana does wonders) You’ll do wayyyyy more hero damage as you’re getting to the higher difficulties

If im looking for tower stats i will sometimes see an item that is thumbs down with trash character stats but amazing tower stats and thumbs up with great character stats and trash or oke tower stats. the reverse is ofcourse possible as well. But thats why i check every item because no one can really judge what an upgrade is for you then you.

Love DD1, didnt know people were still playing it

I'm not sure i f your video's are filmed daily and you're actually still at this level of progression, but I would suggest running Glitterhelm Cavern on Insane, with 4 players it runs about 2m exp per run for 15 mins ish. Gear will be a little less strong than what you're getting right now, but still decent and you can get some good weapons with good upgrades at the end of the map. That's usually how I set myself up before trying to tackle Nightmare on the early maps.

When you’re comparing armor it’ll show your stats with the set bonus for what you’re wearing. It might be better to take something off so it is a 1-1 comparison.

The tavern dummies average out the damage done to them over any amount of time. So what you were seeing was the average dps over all different iterations of your harpoon.
