Yep, many others and myself were suggesting this change in the partner program with the old lootscroll idea they scrapped. It's actually a really good change, I guess the Agris Idea system was a bit too complicated and instead adding an on/off function was actually a huge fix. I'm hoping somewhere along down the line they can add relevance to group grinding being as viable as solo grinding, and for players to be able to earn silver equally through PVP compared to grinding. If they can nail at least the group content I'd be grinding soooooooooo much...

I hope other buffs has this feature too. But i really wish buffs like VP, oldmoon, kamasylve blessing only ticks whenever youre online.

I agree with you entirely, the weight of grinding perfectly is gone. I still feel weird asking to dfs spot now rather than asking how long they have. I've always felt like me getting a grind in is no more important than someone else getting a grind in and I shouldn't waste their scroll, but that's not a problem anymore and I love it.

I wonder if this will work for stuff like Jay's scrolls, or even exp ones.

It's been a big relief for grinding low ap zones for treasure items. Don't have to commit to anything if you need a break.

Definitely feel like the new system is a huge improvement, definitely is helping with my own encroaching burnout. P.S I personally love the sit-down and talk about stuff style video, would love to see more, probably regardless of the topic.

I liked this video format, more of this would be nice. The only thing I don't agree with is when you said being griefed wouldn't be so bad because now we don't waste our LS, but we waste real life time and to me, that's the problem with spot griefing not much my buffs. Not everyone has much free time to decide when to grind, most people do when they can. And using your scarce free time to grind just to some random come to the spot just to annoy you or straight steal your spot is really frustrating, because now you know that if you can't grind on your free time you can't grind at all. And yeah you can say that life skill is there for a reason but some people just don't like to do life skill. Another thing to say is to just swap channels, but this problem is specifically significant in regions that don't have a bunch of channels like NA/EU does. In the SA region for example we have 15 channels, this alone is a low number but sometimes most SA players have only 5 channels to grind because of those 15 channels, 3 are for the season+ and one the Olvia server for newcomers, leaving us with 11 channels where players can grind, but at night at some point, we lose 5 more channels because of node war and out of 11 we end up with 6 available channels, but Arsha for example if you aren't extremely geared you are NOT going to grind at relevant spots, so to most players on SA there are days where only 5 channels are available and now imagine all the relevant spots in the game with hundreds if not thousands of players trying to farm across 5 channels. Is just straight mayhem. Don't get me wrong this is a really nice addition to the game, and I'm not shitting on you or anything, just giving my 2 cents about why being griefed still is really annoying :(

Whats your ap. With striker i have 287 ap with 351 dp and i can grind same as you here with awaekening striker and i see that u do same as dmg to mobs. I was succ striker and the dmg per mob is same as awaek i think! Are u grinding awaekening or succ now?

Now do the same to Tent buff, old moon scrolls, J scrolls.

Fake i agree 100% the pressure of having to “finish” a scroll is no longer there i actually enjoy the grind because that pressure and concern someone is coming to grief my scroll is gone. I can turn off my scroll clap cheeks then whenever im ready turn it back on.

I love it, I can finally help my guild when they ask for it. Usually when they get attacked thats when I just popped a scroll haha! Good to have you back Fake!

Tent buffs :/

I used to grind 1-2 hours a day before this change (and was on a break for 2 weeks before it was released on EU). Now since patch, I've spent entire afternoons just grinding because I'm not forced to keep track of time and can't be bothered to track my trash/h anymore. Probably the best change to the game I've seen since I started playing in 2018.

I don't like how they implemented it. Loot scroll is not the only buff people use, they use tent buff, 530% and 600% exp scrolls etc. Why couldn't they just repurpose the old pet system? You could choose what buffs you wanna run, make presets, instead of feeding it feed you would just feed it existing scrolls, you could take them all in and out with a hotkey, the UI would be the same as people are used to... Personally I find thess recent changes really disappointing and lazy, because it's exactly what players wanted and nothing more. There was no thought put into it, into how could they expand on the ideas players gave them.
