It's not effective . It creates more anxiety. I wouldn't recommend it. Do real scrapbooks with family photos or of photos you have taken.

@@marikiemarie7622 idk about you but it was pretty effective for me. It keept my spirits up and made me feel less tired and more productive. Maybe it doesn't work for you but don't try to discourage ppl from trying something.

Hahahaha sorry for putting pressure on you but just know that your bullet journal doesn’t have to be perfect! You can mess up the lines, the drawings, the letterings etc and that’s okay! Just be happy with what you’ve created and take all those little mistakes as lessons for yourself! You can do it! Fighting! 🤍✨💪

It’s from notebook therapy and umm i think it took me 2-3 hours to draw this but i really enjoy drawing and making my bullet journal pretty so i guess 2-3 hours is worth it hahaha! ✨🌷

1 question why????? Bullet journal is used to save time and for productivity when you waste time putting too much effort in this. I think this was not the creator of bujo wants. But idk maybe it works for you but it wont save any time and waste too much money on stationary

I get what you're saying. I think videos like these may make people try to achieve this level of beauty in their own bullet journals, not realizing it's like a job for these people to make aesthetically pleasing notebooks. I personally prefer quick journals, not overly aesthetic, to save time.
