For proof you can attach the videos above and here are some other people who did keep a record of the same. Those people and more are in the video linked in 1a. c) Call, mail, tweet them and keep doing it because more than likely they will try to ignore this. It's important to make them do something about it. 2) If not LOQ and/or Lenovo, then what? That is a big question because I know from experience that the grass isn't greener on the other side. At this point, it's like choose your poison and like every brand will come with their own troubles, hence there will be a few rework in the laptop sheet which is already underway. I will include other brands but will make sure to make a big warning with each one of them like I am doing with Lenovo. 3) Why did I wait till now and not did this in the first place? Due to false sense of security put into us with earlier days. I assumed like we saw that even if there is a 2% chance of issues, the person will have issues should get their refund without an issue. I never thought for genuine cases too people will have to go through this much torture. Also, I didn't want to give Lenovo a chance to escape this fact, hence we needed genuine cases that I can stand behind and say with full confidence that yes, these are actual cases and I can even provide you with all the details on them since I have all the proof. P.S: Something I learnt last year if the person hasn't ordered after talking to me, they either try to lie or don't want to share their personal information with me, also the reason I stopped doing Discord later. Don't expect help if you don't trust me.
