The Snake Men have been building their nWo style stable steadily these past 2-3 years.

Not desperate for these, but if I see them, I will probably buy them.

I got mine this past Friday. Lord Gr'asp is cool figure/villain. I could see my kid self having him rule The Snake Men.

I do appreciate that Mattel is putting out figures from the “lost” 1988 wave, however I’m sort of indifferent about the hodgepodge of parts from pre-existing characters, which is definitely more obvious with these two figures. They’re still cool, but I’m also not in any rush to grab these, especially considering I’m so far behind on the figures I really want. So Terroar uses the head from Whiplash, the tail and neck extension from Rattlor, the mechanical/interchangeable weapons from Trap Jaw, and the boots from Mosquitor. Interesting mashup, and yeah, the colors make him stand out a bit. That neck extension still looks weird to me though. I still would have rather they went the action feature route on the neck extensions (they did for Extendar). After recently opening quite a few of the earlier Origins figures, I get very wary of constantly pulling the heads off and pushing them on again. A few of the ball joints have already gotten loose, and I’ve needed to sort of twist the ball joints to try and tighten them. Same with the arms. A few of them are very loose and I think I’m noticing what look like very minor cracks at the seams where the shoulders are meant to lock in place. Not liking that at all. Lord Gr’asp does look pretty awesome. He’s got the head from Sssqueeze, the cape from Scare Glow, and the claw from Clawful, as well as those King Hiss accessories. He and Reptilax feel like the standouts of this wave of Snake Men so far. Waiting to see what Vypor will look like in hand. That being said, I’m kind of done with the Snake Men now. It’s a bit much. And by the way, it’s the same mini-comic for all 4 figures. I think the cross-sell on the back cover might be a bit different though for Reptilax and Vypor, if anyone cares about variants. ~Damon

What I like of these reused frankesteins is the color scheme on both. I think it was the 4horsemen had to paint them for the classics line since there was no color prototypes for the figures on this wave, they look cool and evil 🐍😈 not sure Stryper is aproppiate for Lord Grasp 😅 I'm missing them on classics 😓 Nice Diamond Head tshirt🤘 Horns up from Spain.

those were the wal-mart collector con exclusives which alot of people got screwed out of thanks to scalper bots on the site. i will never have them cause my store no longer carrys motu of any kind. not even an empty rack for them either.

Lucky for me I was able to trade for them. No way would I be able to find them anywhere near me because most of my Walmarts are not carrying motu anymore, and the ones that are have like three or four figures. Not sure why Walmart keeps getting exclusives when they're not even putting the stuff in all the stores. The target exclusives have been a total pain, but they are like a pleasant dream compared to Walmart exclusives.
