My Dad passed away on December 29, 2021. He told me once that he wanted this song to be played at his funeral. So this Friday that’s what I’m going to do Dad. I love you and I miss you like crazy already. Give Mom a big hug for me❤️

It was 2023, i had rough life, it was a tough moment of my life. I was depressed and had no where to run to but i only had hope in Jesus. Jesus helped to move on and it was a tough semister of my studies but i passed through it with the victory. God's Grace have carried me this far, I pray for those who are having troubles, sickness, depression or even facing mountains that God be with them and have a good ending. Sure, God is good ❤❤❤

I'm sorry about your dad, I couldn't imagine not knowing where he is or what happened to him. I'm 16 right now, and my dad died when I was 11. I'm doing quite a bit better right now than I have been in the past 5 years. I wish you luck and hope you the best in life. Much love!!

I used to hear this song as a youngster a lot..years much later I rearly hear it any more. But It just started playing in my head out of the blue. I had to google the lyrics and here I am. I was pulling Mess Cranking on an Aircraft Carrier in the Med. when I heard this song. This was almost 40 years ago. One of my shipmates had the nerve to push stop on a mix tape of Southern Rock and put this tape in that his sister sent him. My stereo was busy making duplicate tapes for a day or two.

I went to a concert back in the 70s. Or maybe no. It must have been in the Saturdays of him saying in concert at a young college.
