Cam started off as a serious, high caliber “MC” that was surrounded by Big L, Mase,McGruff, DMX, Biggie, etc. Respectful sharp swords. 1:14:30 The Lox rapped over the recorded vocals when Juelz said that they didn’t have any songs for the ladies. Then you could hear Jada say now you’re changing the rules. I don’t believe they had any intention of playing their more female friendly songs but they had to play them to prove they had plenty of female songs and since they didn’t anticipate playing them, they weren’t queued up with the instrumental versions but they still killed them with those songs. You could tell that they didn’t anticipate using those songs because as much as Jada killed them for using songs with the words they would have made sure to have the instrumental versions of those songs ready. Jada told Technician to play a medley of the songs for the ladies and he was reacting to which song was going to be played along with the audience which shows again that they had no intention of even playing the female friendly songs because it was a rap battle and that particular kind of rap battle usually isn’t heavy on the songs for the ladies. I noticed him rapping over the word but it didn’t bother me because I knew it was done to shut Juelz up and that was a mistake for him to even say because they won that round just off the fact that their female friendly songs were hits.

Real talk about lox DJ Jadakiss is getting all the credit but tec needs some praise

Especially how Lazy Dipset was when they were rapping and timing was off So it made it even worse rhyming over the words and If you noticed the Lox's Vocals sounded clean as Hell. thats the beautiful result of not taking short cuts you get a even better than predicted sound for the audience to take in.

I really appreciate and commend the LOX because of their brotherhood and chemistry. It is rare that you see any group that's in the public eye have no beef, breakups, or issues in public. They are literally an ideal group to look up to and aspire to be. No foolish pride or ego, just love. They are extremely important simply for being great examples, especially upon black men.

It was amazing! I’ve watched it 3 times already. I watched with my Gen Z sons, this was pure magic. My boys needed to see real hip hop.
