I was so sad at how generally poor the performance of this staff was. This might be it's only justifiable use case.

Its insanely good against morgen and i never felt its weak in any fight except against the Ashland boss

@@notsuraj_ in terms of damage, thundering variants of weapons are just leaps and bounds ahead of everything else. Morgen are also super easy to parry (probably the only thing in Ashlands that are), so I find it borderline inefficient to fight them any other way.
