I’m sitting in the backseat of my car, just dropped off my grandparents at the airport. We’re about to head home. I’m slowly crying because I miss them, my little face is filled with racing water dripping down my soft baby face. I cry and when I hear the chorus I start to Cry even more. Don’t understand the lyrics but feel the emotion. I’m unaware of the stress the adulthood holds for me. I enter everything unsure and now anxious. I miss life when it was so effortless and easy and we didn’t have to worry about school and working hard for grades to look good for college. 💗
