I love the 15 Automatic Programmes that the microwave offers!

I have one of these but a slight different model in the range (think its an N90) and its brilliant. I also have a couple of the N90 ovens and I find this combi one the most useful of the lot. I was not even aware that you could use the microwave and oven in combination when I got it - just thought it could do both functions separately. The amount of functions it has is impressive and it also connects to the home connect app so tells you how long is left and various other stuff on your phone. Very good products

We have had one of these for a couple of months and have been really impressed with it! Highly recommended! It cooks jacket potatoes on the oven microwave / oven combination really well too. We have it paired with the same oven you have on display and the different width stainless steel trims play havoc with my ocd!! We were lucky to find one as stock is tricky, but glad we found one. Great piece of equipment. Thanks for another great video, you have taught me a few things I didn’t know about it as well!

Thanks for the video, it was very helpful. Particularly like slow action when operating the controls - for once I didn’t have to keep rewinding. Wondering what shelving can we used on the combined microwave/ grilling facility.

The only thing that the 900watt can be used for is heating liquid look on page 17 of the instructions. If you are thinking of buying this microwave, check what I have said, I wish I knew this before I bought it. If you put it on 900watt to cook it automatically changes to 600 but still displays 900.

We've had this oven for a few months now. While I can't fault its operation, it's difficult to clean effectively. The door cannot be removed (to improve access) and there doesn't appear to be a way to remove the element to facilitate cleaning. This means food & stains build up on the inside ceiling of the oven but access is restricted.

I love this oven. Only annoying thing is that when you use the microwave it doesnt stay on the selected wattage it automatically goes back to 900w. So if youre defrosting and checking it every so often you have to change it every single time. Same as if youre heating on 600w and juet opening it to check its not too hot, you have to change it back from 900w every time.

Can a glass tray be used on the floor of the microwave to catch any overspill or even for cooking food.

When microwaving (eg ready meal) do you place food on the base or on the wire shelf?

Can you place the metal wire rack on the base of the microwave? I would like to use a steam stetiliser for baby bottles but if I place it on the shelf position it is too short

Hi , I’ve just had this installed . I was wondering and a wee bit worried about using the microwave part with the metal shelf? Always thought that I couldn’t use anything metal in a microwave. Also the back part looks metal too ? Or do I put the plate on the floor of the oven ? Tried looking at instruction book but I got bamboozled . Any help greatly received. Thank you Jennifer

Thank you for this presentation, I have this product almost 3 years now and rarely use it !! Recently I used it's steam features and now I cannot switch it back to microwave, can you advise? I have unplugged from the mains and this still doesn't help me reset.

Is this more of a toaster oven then a ‘traditional’ microwave? We have a ‘traditional’ microwave with the spinning center plate. Always thought about getting a toaster oven, this one seems fancy. I feel like it could replace my microwave completely and do even more.

Just had a new kitchen fitted with the microwave you show. Shortly after we started using it as a microwave, it gave a significant electrical crack sound on first startup. I did wonder if I should have removed the metal tray before using as a microwave - which is what we have done since. It still seems to work as it should though it doesn't microwave as evenly as I have found our prior turntable microwave (not Neff) did. I will probably report it to Neff service just in case...

My oven has the 15 programmes listed inside on right of door. Is it OK to drop the shelf onto base of oven and use it there when microwaving?

Is it ok to drop the shelf on the base to use the microwave as the space between the shelf and the top is very shallow and very frustrating?

What you have here is a very over priced microwave with lots of fancy features that the majority of people will never use. It doesn't work well as a microwave, useless as a grill and I haven't tried the oven function as I already have an overpriced Neff oven which I only bought because it matched this microwave.
