We have this, the door seal leaks and the warranty has just run out last month and something has popped off inside the drum looks like a black pipe

The little plastic divider for liquid soap is stored in a slot next to the consideration section on left-hand side of draw.

Hi. This is a great video to show people looking to buy this machine. I have the 1043C version and apart from taking the lid off and physically removing the wires from the speaker, is there any way to disable the end of cycle beeps? My dog goes ballistic every time. Thanks.

These you cant but the actvice care you can hold steam hygiene and it will show that theirs no beep

Just brought this machine as always had a hotpoint ,I'm finding my washing don't smell of the fabric conditioner or anything did not have a problem with this with my last machine any advice would be appreciated

It's something that does crop up with some customers and it can be because modern machines use a lot less water compared to old machines.

another good video but myself dont really trust hotpoint or candy the reason being my mum had a hotpoint and only had it a month then it started to blow steam and broke down but great to see you still uploading vids keep them coming

I did a search through most, but not all of your videos, so I’m not sure if you’ve ever reviewed a washing machine with a steam function, I like the idea of them but, wonder if they’re any good, or worth it, what’s your opinion? I also absolutely love the LG steam cabinet, they’re certainly expensive, too expensive for my budget!

Some if the machines I have talked about have had steam as part of it but most don't really shout about it. The main advantage is it can help with allergies and also help reduce creasing towards the end of the wash

The Auto clean function is activated by holding down the "Extra rinse" button for 5 seconds, whilst holding the button watch the display and you will see the words " Auto clean" scroll. Wait till it finishes scrolling and the machine will automatically lock and the display will now read the duration "1.10" once that all happens just leave alone till done. Remember 🎵🎶🎶🎵 "washing machines live longer with Calgon." 🎵🎵🎶🎵 (I did actually put mine in the drum.) Make sure it's empty tho when in auto clean mode.

Is it meant to make the loud clicking before it starts ? Only just got it so hope its meant to ?

Yes that sounds like it is the door lock activating and locking before the program starts. At the end of the wash it should make the same noise again.

Just seen this video, as I have had this machine for a few months now. I find that the fabric conditioner remains in the drawer after wash. Or water sits in the fabric conditioner slot after wash. Why is this?

This can be a common issue and it can be down to having too much conditioner in the drawer, the other reason is that the water pressure can be too low so it is not taking the liquid through the machine correctly. Turning the water up a little may help.

Hi is b a good spinning efficiency and is 1400rpm fast enough to dry towels

Yes B is a good efficiency and you would normally need to go to a 1600 spin to get an A rating

Yes there should be an option to spin only I think it's program 15.

Anyone know if the machine clicks 3 times before starting up? I have the 9 kilo version and it's not mentioned in the instruction's

When you press Start on a wash, it will click as that is the door locking. The same as when the machine finishes the program too it will click to unlock the door.

Normally it is the child lock option that may have been accidently pressed. There should be a button on the machine to release it

Can't believe an Eco wash is 40-60oc and takes 3 hrs ...Give me a break...!!! Who has the time...!? We're not still 'locked to the kitchen sink' !!!! It's 2023 ! Thanks for the video anyway!!

One second? No it's not it's 1 minute. If you sit there and watch the timer to end it will seem like a life time. Remember this: a watched clock never moves...

How large is the load? If it is too small a load then it could be that there is not enough in the drum for it to balance the load correctly.

do not use the 45 minute program! it will kill your machine as it uses way too much water, for more eco friendly and quicker drying time the mixed cycle is a much better solution!

Perhaps because it is pumping a lot of water into and out of the machine at the same time.

Ευχαριστώ για το βίντεο, πείρα αυτό το πλυντήριο πρόσφατα και ήθελα να πλένω τα ρούχα στο coton αλλά έδειχνε 4:25' δεν μπορούσα με τίποτα να βρω το κουμπί που μπορούσε να μείωση την ώρα. Γενικά με μπερδεύε πάρα πολύ αυτό δεν είναι εύκολο στο να το βάλεις σε λειτουργία μέχρι να το μάθεις βέβαια.
