Can't go up two times with the elevator if you didn't see it in the first place. I ran around in the tower for just over an hour after the boss fight before seeing the elevator. Damn did I feel dumb that day 😂

In the second phase if you use your radiant beam with your newly maxed out talisman you can just continually critical him and he’ll basically never even be able to get up. Pretty cheesy but definitely the easiest route in phase 2

Couple tips with this fight. Wither salts are stupid good against him. When he turtles, use the bean attack. It’ll melt his health bar. In beast form, you can almost stun lock him like Paarl or One Reborn if you’re patient enough. Also, beam works good on second phase too.

Alternatively you can two hold pieta's sword and it won't bounce off the dog's Armor.

Do you have to interact with beacons or just leave them. 😮 I just been avoiding them as his first video said if you want the ending not to mess with them. Now it says interact and do nothing. I'm 😕 confused

FC misses picking up the Bramble Ring when he gets to the bottom of the room to fight the poisonous enemies. It’s in a cell. You can see it at 2:53 in the video.

That's why I have an upgraded crossbow for when those enemies are just slightly out of reach. That crossbow will take them out from worlds away. If they didn't survive the fall or the opening is too small to hit with magic, switch to the crossbow with holy bolts. 6:27 Also I found Reinhold's second phase to be way easier than the 1st. I had to fight him alone in P2. So he killed both me and Kukijen in P1 and I was able to beat him by myself - first try - in P2.

If you go down below skyrest to the where you pet the dog you get like 30,000 vigor and 30 large shards.

Got the game for 10 dollars and been following this play thru and the difference is night and day the bosses rn are wayy more tankinker and radiant sucks balls that umbral build is absolutely op thoe overall enjoyable game like it alot

Cheers. I'm on a radiant build, just switched to Bloody Glory for a radiant/strength bleed build. Managed to get the better of him after a few more tries. Bosses are def a lot tankier than at release tho

Use the crafters essence, slap it on ravager Gregorys and dual wield that with bloody glory. Use the umbral eye that gives you infinite health on charge attacks. After the nerf pietas sword is ass @@HazeAero

kill the abbess easily with the throwable hammer, hide near the column throw when its safe to do so the hammer interrupts her moves prevents healing and does big damage.

I didn't realize how "easy mode" the radiance build is. This game is quite a bot more challenging as a melee-focised player.

on the second phase of the boss fight when he goes down for a critical I found it a lot better to use that time to get in a few free jabs/spells because the crit damage just isn't there

Actually you didnt miss the flame weapon behind the shrine. A patch back or so it was moved there to be acquired earlier. Before i think it was at the castle, way too late game for what it is.

I was gonna say that I know I didn't miss it when I was there as I searched back there, but today I went to speak to Damarose and it was there so I thought it spawned after an event or story progression. Good to know it was moved in a patch.

The beastly form was a lot easier than the knight for me. And kuku actually survived the fight. The dog kick is a cool trick. I would just 2 hand my weapon and that got the job done.

i stayed in umbral got to right where that vestige is at 17:40 and got invaded so i couldn’t get through the gate. on top of that i got hit with the red reaper guy 😂

For farming deralium shards (I'm sure this is in the comments somewhere but)... I used the "Umbral eye of Ethryg" (30% discovery in umbral) and a "lucky paw" and I was able to farm all the deleraim shards I needed (8) from that knight in no time... almost one after another.

The level of difficulty has significantly increased. Even with 50 radiance u no longer deal that kind of damage… could only get to the middle of the second fight before I ran out of resources…

Did it. Took around 20 attempts maybe? It is defo harder than in the video. Dodging worked for me. Second phase you got to stay aggressive - I stayed mostly under him attacking permanently and dodging on every attack move

If you use lucent beam on reinhurd the immured second form u immediately critical him like super fast every time. Especially w a NPC partner. That's how who gets to crit him alot. Just looking out

You can cheese Abbess if you are having trouble with her (as of today you still can) All you need are Forsaken Grenades. When you enter the boss arena, inch step by step forward until her health appears. Throw all of your forsaken grenade, but try not to move from that spot as the boss may aggro and mess up the cheese. Repeat until she is finished!

If anyone wants to make sure the carrion knights stay dead, take out your Umbral lamp and suck up their light force. Seems to work. They never get back up when you do that.

Came here literally just to see how to get to the top of the tower 😂 and my Ursula no matter how much you stayed in her face…would just spam the holy fire blast. Then when I’d go flying away she’d heal…and the game kept locking on to the dudes on the stairs above instead of her!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

The +25% soulflay increase only works in Umbral. I usually get to do a critical attack an an enemy once i do it.

Did they change the secondary effect of the Umbral eye of the pale butcher ? Becuz mine says +25% to enemy soul and the Umbral eye of Olleren secondary effect says the samething. Do they stack up so that ur doing +50% damage or what ? 🤔

If she actually did something to the bosses you gotta bring her to, I wouldn't be as salty about it, but the only thing she is good for is fodder. Take the attention of the boss while you beat the snot out of them and/or heal

They changed the upgrade levels for boss weapons. +5 used to be max level and now it's +10 like normal weapons. Your Pieta's isn't maxed.

Cowboy talking about how unnatural the dislike is for the Kukajin quest. No my dude it is natural. I have to throw on a boss to get the chance to summon. Then pay her a substantial chunk of my xp for nothing. She has to be the worst summon option. Dick for damage and can't tank a sneeze. She will draw aggro for about 45 sec until she is vaporized.
