@TastyGamingQc - I don't think I did anything special except for the fact that I did not light up any beacons since I was going for the umbral ending. If it's empty, you might have already lit up some beacons

Not sure @slexho9709. He's linked to Byron's quest so maybe you need to talk to him before going there. Or it is possible it's also linked to the tortured prisoner quest around the skyrest bridge. I'll need to look into it and get back to you.

Either you didn't talk to Byron prior or you went up the elevator after defeating the skin steeler. If you took the elevator it continues the quest and you meet Byron up there and he tells you that he slayed the monster that had his lovers trinket.

If you actually watched the video I show the location from the last boss you would face before getting to her. The vestige you use is deep within the depths and showing the location from there would be useless.
