@@humanoid2423 Cant know what you're going through, but what finally worked for me was to stop looking away from it. Let it drive you crazy. And then look down at your hands and realize you're perfectly fine. Trying to avoid it because we're afraid of it is why we never grow past it. Good luck 👍
