Already commented but I find myself watching this performance again and reliving the concert I was fortunate enough to be able to attend and I just can't wrap my head around how she does this. In video form, this makes me cry and knowing and having experienced that she is incredible live and how it goes straight through you when she sings I know everyone who heard this song live will not forget it.

The composer of this song, Jim Steinman, apparently said that he wanted to create “the most passionate romantic song he could ever write”. Unfortunately he didn’t live to hear Loreens version which so beautifully fulfilled that goal in possibly the ultimate way😌

What I love about this is that Loreen really makes it romantic. She is not afraid to use her emotions and you believe her when she sings. In contrast as great as the original is, and despite Celine belting it out, it never feels belieavable or romantic

Because she is able to put on such a show aswell with looks and dance, people dont realize what an outstanding singer she is. So talented and effortless. This is when you realize she can dance around during her ESC performances and hit all notes, because those are "easy" notes for her register.

I'm hypnotized how she sings this song knowing that Celine's voice is way different from hers... 😮 Actually if you don't know who sings it you would think it's Celine... Also how she sang songs You're the voice, Fix you, Unbreak my heart, White rabbit, Mio babbino caro... In some interview I heard shortly her singing Only time... Those are all songs from very different genres and with totally different types of voices, it's insane how she can transform her voice, never heard something like that... 😱

She's a true artist and I think she will always just follow her inner voice instead of looking at commercial or reputational value but I can't help and feel greedy at times. I would LOVE a collection of classic covers from her. I think we'll just have to wait and see what she has to share with us in the next few months.
