There's only a few areas you have to avoid, and you avoid most the same areas when you are wrestling a guy. You avoid the groin no matter the gender of your opponent. The only additional area he had to avoid is the breast. I say this as someone who has wrestled with women before, it should not be a problem. The guy was outclassed.
