worth every single cent. i would not have been surprised if you said this was 5 million. it is ab-so-lute-ly stunning. i suddenly realised that by the time you were going down the stairs i had been watching with my jaw having dropped. i actually think after years, this is the most attractive house i have ever seen.

Ciao Nick, as an American who is planning on moving to Italy, I wanted a traditional Italian home, but I have to admit this is stunning. The price is a lot lower than I thought it would be, you would pay a lot more in California especially with the land. great video Nick as always. love from NY.

you have to keep in mind that this isnt california... this is really rural - nearest shops 10 min drive = 10 miles. 90 min to florence - 2h to rome (i assume the closest city is perugia). im not saying the property isnt looking great, but its hardly surprising that its cheaper than beverly hills. pretty sure you could find similar offers in the us.. if youre willing to live in the middle of nowhere.

@@nespolinho of course not.. perugia is a great city... but that house isnt in perugia.. not even close to perugia... which is my point. ...again... he said: "NEAREST shop 10 min drive", which means the closest village is 10 min drive or about 15km away. thats my definition of "middle of nowhere"... edit: according to the United States Department of Agriculture this would qualify as a "food desert": " more than one mile from a supermarket in urban or suburban areas and more than 10 miles from a supermarket in rural areas." ...all i said was, that this is reaaaally rural - and therefore the cost of land is reaaally low and you therefore cannot compare it to a "normal" house in california, where 98% of houses are less than a mile away from the next supermarket - according to wiki.

Stunning, absolutely stunning, what more could I say, the view, the airiness & all of the comfort no matter what season. The stone work was just beautiful, it’s modern & I am usually not a big modern fan, but this could absolutely change my mind. Very nice work! I saw the video of the construction and wondered how it would turn out. A nice simple structure but quality in appearance. You're right the lighting is perfect, a nice warm yellow, perfect for the ambiance, nothing too bright, great for relaxing the senses. The pool is a nice focal point its good that it heats up because I didn't see any tubs inside the home, so this is the alternative. Would love to see them build a two storey guest house and an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven like I've seen with a lot of these other Italian properties...and a bonfire with seating...just a suggestion! Lol

Delivered as promised. What a gem! Stunning build ready to go. It fits in beautifully and yet is modern to its core. I am not a pool person but…..I would be in that pool. No more said. View? Expletives start flowing. This combination of the two videos is a dream come true. Really fun and interesting. Garage and guest house addition seems to make sense. The only problem I see is how many people it would take to pull me out of the kitchen. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere. Grazie Nick. Ottimo video come sempre.

Wow Nick..It does look a bit different now 😁. You would never want to leave. A Beautiful and Architecturally sensitive restoration. Even though Old and Quirky is more my style I can still imagine sipping a wine on the pool edge overlooking that stunning lake. It will be a dream house for a very lucky person. Hubby guessed the price again, and we both thought it was very good value. Thank you for showing us around again, it really was worth the wait. ❤️🇦🇺🦘

The house is unique in style and crisp and fresh. The interiors are wonderful with the stonework and woodwork is impressive and shows the care given when constructing. The neutral colors throughout are so calming. The windows are splendid and of course the fireplaces are fantastic. The pool and the landscape views are breathtaking. A wondrous luxury home, thanks Nick for sending us various pieces of Italy!
