After missing out on a 5x5 game by an assist in the previous game Victor achieved it in this game. That rookie of the year race is over, wemby is on an all other level. That's back to back 5 steals and 5 blocks.

Yup Could be wrong but i believe Wemby is the only rookie in NBA history to have a 5x5 game. Hakeem the leader in 5x5 didnt even have one as a rookie despite being 21 going on 22 basically 2 years younger than Victor incredible. It is just a matter of time before Victor gets a quadruple double could very well be this year but the question is what 4 categories would it be. Victor already had 2 5 steal games and 1 6 steal games this season. The only players in the NBA that have more 5+ steal games in the NBA this season SGA and fox guards just wow.

listen the +/- stat is flawed. u can be on the court and suck but if your 4 teammates are killing it, your +/- will be amazing. in reverse u can be a great player but if your 4 teammates suck, your +/- will be terrible (wemby comes to mind here)....there is nothing new here. stats are great, they just have limitations and u have to understand them

Well, it could be tactical load management, or he just needed to rest his ankle. I do not think that LeBron tries to avoid anyone. I think he just wants to play and keep racking up his scoring record...Also, the Lakers have had a strange season where they lose against poor teams, and occasionally win against good teams. A win against the Spurs are equal in the win column as a win against the Celtics.

If the spurs are going to build their team around a Big they need a Pass first point guard wish he wasn't injury prone but A Lonzo Ball would've been perfect for Wemby Good defender, past first and can hit a shot when open, they need a guy like that for Wemby, a guy to set him up cause they way these guys play they don't look for him at all

That used to be true in the early season games but not anymore. Spurs only do one thing consistently and that's passing the ball. Wemby benefits from this and is also showing some excellent dispositions to be a playmaker. Their major problems are defending properly when Wemby is not around and getting those d@rn shots inside the basket instead of all over the place.
