Los Gigantes is a part of Puerto de Santiago. After my fiancee and I visited twice we bought a place of our own there. Its better than Hawaii for many reasons.

Hi Carl Its one that we visit every time we are in Tenerife if only for the day, depending on age if you have young kids there are two public pools, bars steak houses all good it is a hilly area but buses to areas you may have to change I hope you enjoy

Hi Carl I have just looked on you tube for your hotel I think I know where it is it is Puerto Santiago which is part of Los Gigantes I have seen it when we walked to Santiago and looked down on it if you want safe beaches then go to los gigantes using the costal walk or get the bus go to main road cross over and turn left and you will find bus stop last stop on the bus off bus turn right keep walking small beach behind the port if you have not been to the hotel before on the video their pool looks good hope this helps
