Clodsire was a surprise for me. I knew a regional quagsire replacement would be great but his design made me loose it. Had him on my team for the full game

clodsire and finizen are my two favorites from this game and my reactions were so so similar!! love seeing your joy bursting out in these moments

Clodsire's design makes up for every single bug and glitch in the new games. Absolute perfection. I want a plushie of one. Edit: Spelled Clodsire wrong I'm dumb lmao

Not sure if you knew this or not, but Finizen has a evolved form called Palafin, which you can obtain by either leveling up a Finizen while in someone else's game, or can rarely be found in 5-Star tera raids (Pro Tip: Pokemon caught in high star tera raids will always have better IVs than wild Pokemon). It has a special, unique ability that causes it to change into an alternate form if switched out during a battle then switched back in (easy with Flip Turn), and it is an absolute *BEAST.* It's like if Slaking didn't have Truant and has stats comparable to legendary Pokemon.

A lot of the new Pokémon are S tier designs
