A CEO of Versace for instance he don’t need to walk into a building that has his own brand because there’s thousands of Versace shops. He probs just wears plain white T-shirt’s. Mainly footballers and rappers spend too much money on unnecessary consumer discretionary such as a Louise Vuitton bag, Ferrari, Gucci scarf etc. Rich people who start from the bottom spend like the poor and invest! Also if your clever rich buy houses not as many flash cars as cars depreciate in value very quickly. Houses compound wealth overtime. Also number one rule when you grow up is you always invest 10-15% of your total income in the financial markets. You don’t leave all your money in a bank account! Inflation will get you and you will not be able to compound your wealth and retire at least 20 years sooner!
