Ngl wad was on some crazy hating shit… I understand him feeling that way two months ago… but he just lost around 30lbs. It’s damn near impossible to be 275, get injured, and maintain that weight without being able to exercise. He takes care of himself and clearly has an ethic to work

Demarcus Cousin is a prime example dude gets so much yet still maintain his weight dude has never gain excessive amount of weight when Zion came into the league he was in the 240s which was good for his built. Him gaining weight had nothing to do with not being able to exercise because if that’s case then why isn’t Demarcus Cousins ever been weight? Zion was being unhealthy then realized and came to his sense and is NOW being healthy again
