LOST - Ben Linus moves island & transports to Tunisia

Edit I did of Ben's waking up in Tunisia in "The Shape of Things to Come" combined with moving the island in the 4th season finale, "There's No Place Like Home". It may or may not turn out to be the way it really happens, but it sure is reminiscent of Desmond transporting elsewhere on the island after turning the key when the hatch imploded. Just something to think about...

Henry Gale was supposed to be just a "temporary character", but Michael Emerson impressed a lot, all the Lost Team, that they decided, he would be the Leader of the Others...

I adore the fact that it you listen carefully when they’re in The Orchid you can hear the same electromagnetic humming sounds as we heard in The Swan by the concreted wall. The negatively charged exotic matter I assume.

I'm also tunisian and a big fan of Lost, I'm currently watching episode 2 season 4. It's the weirdest story I've ever followed and it is amazing.

This scene contains the biggest clue noone has ever seen. If you'll watch the clip again Ben lands in the Sahara desert in what appears to be a crater. THIS IS THE ISLANDS ORIGINAL LOCATION. The spot Ben lands in is the exact spot where the wheel was originally. It explains all the hyroglyphs and egyptian stuff on the island

That doesn't work sorry man, the only way the Island moved through time and space was with the Wheel, which Man In Black installed in his time living with the Others. It was already an Island before the Wheel was placed so it couldn't originally be from Tunisia

fun fact, that desert scene was actually recorded in a dig site in hawaii, they used video editing software to change the tree's in the background to sand dunes. The more you know!

Check the date of the upload. We know a lot more about the nature of things now. People were speculating Ben didn't "exit" in Tunisia as was later revealed to be the case. I was just proving my point. :)

Well jailbreaker it certainly wasn't obvious. This is Lost we're talking about here. As viewers we're meant to remember the other scene, but we haven't seen how he gets from one place to another, and don't know FOR SURE my video is what happened. It's likely, though. It's just like how we don't know if Claire's dead or not...

Ya know, I think Widmore is the good guy. His advisor or w/e, the black guy that told Locke to go on the walk-about, is like Richard is to Ben. Maybe Widmore wanted Locke on the island, telling that guy to tell him that. And if all the people on 815 have to go back to the island, wouldn't that mean Walt had to come too?

I put this together to solve an argument on a discussion board; it didn't resolve anything, all the person kept doing was arguing that it's not a sound effect when he wakes up in tunisia, that it's music. Yeah. 10 milliseconds of music, sure.

Because he got transported when he moved the island. Tunisia is the drop point after transfer. The person moving the island doesn't stay on the island. Remember the polar bear skeleton with the Dharma tag?

If the Donkey Wheel has been in place for all these hundreds of years, why didn’t MiB just use that to leave the island??

Because the MIB is tied to the island. He is a kind of prisoner whose guardian is Jacob, then the candidates if the latter dies. Hence MIB's desire to kill Jacob and his candidates/successors. Then, unable to kill them all, he decides to destroy the prison altogether rather than the guard. Just to finally be able to leave.

Hey David Peterson, the reason why he moved the island is because the smoke monster told him to, not the monster. But Ben didn't know that.

Myles Co. Locke was supposed to move the island, NOT BEN. Smoke Monster told Locke to move it and tells him again in Season 5, this place is death episode.
