Hell, my wife is from the nerdy rich part of LA but everytime we visit friends or fam in NYC, we have a ritual of going to a sub shop in Queens to throw up the L from Tah, then head right to MCA park to pay our respects to that man too. 90s hip hop was just some extra cool shit that brought everyone together.
