This is how you diagnose a bad module in pretty much any Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram vehicle. If you find loss communication codes for any module this would be a great way to start. This is for a Loss Communication with HVAC. But the procedure is basically the same for any interior module. You are looking for the following: fused power, ground, and communication voltages on CAN + / -. Your CAN Bus voltages need to be 2.5-6 volts on CAN + and 2.3-4 volts on CAN -. Good luck!
