I always play this extended version in the background whenever it rains and I set my LEDs to blue and purple with candles lit all around my house. This song is a masterpiece.

Love the fact the player is going for the Crissigrim weapon by defeating those Schmoo ghosts 0:56 Is the best area you can go back and forth to kill them and hopefully it will drop the biggest annoyance is the spiked Knight if you dont jump over him or get hit hell knock you back into the previous part and if that weapon drops you lose it But its one of he most beautiful tracks to one of the best Castlevanina ganes ever released

Ah, the memories of spending literal hours grinding for a very specific item that drops from a very specific enemy in the Forbidden Library. Gotta' love it. All in all, the music makes the entire experience more than worth it, though.

That's how I felt as I was extending it. Half way through, the tempo briefly shifts and the song continues on from that trajectory. It says a lot about a song that does feel calming and mysterious. However, remaining calm can feel like a challenge when our world is flipped upside down as we try to restabilize our footing. If, on the off chance, we are talking about my editing, whether they be the video itself or the way I extended it, then I tell myself something is off. All. The. Time.

The Forbidden Library's enemies all have outside references, the obvious one being the Scarecrow, Tinman, and Lion being characters from The Wizard of Oz. The Schmoo enemies are a reference to the Hanna Barbera character The Schmoo.
