It can be difficult navigating the day-to-day when so much of it is beyond comprehension, and trying to understand oneself in the midst of it all is never easy; Yet, hope is not lost. There can be good days, and good foods, good books and good jokes. There will be a new goal, a new friend, a new day to try again and make everything just a little better, bit by bit. Making it this far, we can all go on just a little longer. Until then, in the mean time, listen to some music. Enjoy.

I first wondered, several years ago, wtf is a bootle g-boy? G-boy? I figured that was a reference to the FBI agents from J. Edgar Hoover era. I reckoned bootle was something to do with running moonshine, I'm not sure why. I should just go to bed maybe.
