I think in my own opinion, Jackson is the one who killed the girl in Betty's body that was why the first day the evil spirit entered Betty's body and when she got home her mother asked her what happened and she said, Jackson!!! Then she asked what had happened and she said she was fine. That's just my own thought. also with the copper. I am just watching the season 1
