LOST: Sydney Airport in Real Time (Part 1 of 2)

In response to the insane amount of views the crash video has gotten, I made a prequel using all the airport flashbacks. Not too much to sync up here except for one or two particularly ridiculous sections, but there's enough different perspectives that it seemed worthwhile. Second part coming this weekend

I like how everyone is miserable and unhappy before the crash. Also every time I see Mr. Eko, I get angry thinking how much I loved his character. I'm glad the actor finally realized that he made a huge mistake leaving the show.

One of my favorite scenes in lost. When they show flashbacks and then you see other people from the island in there too. Especially Jack's tantrum.

This may be late, but fun fact: The show used the Hawaii Convention Center for filming of Sydney Airport. As a resident of Hawaii, the escalator layout is recognizable, and I could have spotted the similarity if I watched the show.

Dude, you should totally edit every flashback ever for every character in chronological order and make it a "Shortcuts" -esque movie thing. It would be the hardest thing in the world to do but it would be the coolest thing in world and everyone would love you.

I had forgotten how 24 shows contextual information during long monologues. You did a really good job at 2:11 and the parallel monologues at 3:45. I don't know how you got the subtitles for Jin and Sun onto the screen after you cropped off the bottom of the original, but that was a good touch as well.

That Ana Lucia was a piece of work. She is upset and scared and calls her mom to tell her to meet her when she lands, obviously traumatized. Then she heads to the bar and hits on Jack. LOL

Anyone else notice that at 2:26 Ana Lucia is shown standing in the line only a couple of people behind Jack, while in the shot up top that shows a wider view of behind Jack she is NOWHERE to be found.... prob because the top shot was done before Ana Lucia was a character.... OOPS.
