Perfume has been on the cutting edge of techno-performances basically for nearly 20 years now. I am so happy you two finally found them because I have NO doubt that in 2020 at the Tokyo Olympic ceremonies, Perfume will be a notable part of them. The music behind Perfume is created by the genius Yasutaka Nakata, one of the most prolific artists of all time, in my opinion, and as noted by others below, the choreography is created by Mikiko Mizuno, not only also the choreographer of BABYMETAL, but currently part of Japan's 2020 Tokyo Game ceremonies planning committee as well. Three suggestions for any possible future Perfume reactions..."Edge" at Japan Night live, "Enter The Sphere" at the Tokyo Dome 2013...and their amazing Future Pop Experiment "documo"performance of "Fusion" done live. Chocolate Disco is very meaningful single of Perfume!!!If this single wasn't being popped up and popular,we couldn't enjoy their perfume for all these years(they were facing to be broken but Chocolate Disco and Polyrhythm were 2 singles which were successful and as plot twisters!)

Thank you for viewing them. I have been a super fan for over 9 years now. They were the reason I went to japan for the first time. I can say I am a pro when it comes to what to watch as an intro for them. If you want suggestions for your next take on them I will say I have a top 5 performances that are always the best. The mastermind behind this group is undoubtedly Yasutaka Nakata. He is the producer for all of their music as well as for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, a solo female artist and a duo called Capsule which includes himself and a female singer.

41 yrs old here and my daughter + I are big fans of Perfume! They have quite an amazing and extensive backlog of music so def check out more! Their concerts/music videos are always innovative in some way. They just finished up a U.S tour a few months ago and even performed at Coachella.

AT LAST! I have just seen this hhaha. Anyway, Perfume really reflects positive energy in their presentation, right? I always feel happier after watching them! They have been here for around 20 years and counting! And with just 3 people, no backdancers, their control of the audience is amazing! They don't move from their formation, but A-Chan's impromptu shouting hypes up the performance well!

They started young and pretty much on thier own which is the amazing part. It's rare to see kids grow up to accomplish exactly what they said they would.

Maybe you should try a set of Open air Headphones, They let you hear outside sounds. A couple of Perfume songs I'd recommend would be 1) "Monochrome effect" - when they were really young. 2) "Computer city" 3) "Poly Rhythm" - Still very Young, and 4) "Electro World" - Nearly 20 then. And more recently 5) "Time Warp" and 6) "Polygon Wave" - They are all grown up NOW.

One of the Baby metal and perfume went to the same acters school in Hiroshima and they're backed up from a big company called amuse.

Well babymetal is (well was) choreographed by Mikiko who has done Perfumes choreography since their early days. And if I'm correct I believe perfume is babymetal seniors in the same company

I watched your Video Last night 2021-07-23 ( Japanese style - Year-Month-Day ) and made some comments. I was having a lot of connection problems at the time, So I decided to watch it again today. This comment is going to be quite long, So I don't mind if you choose not to read it all. Firstly let me begin by saying I have been following Perfume for nearly 20 years - I'm a Fan. I could recommend many of their Arena performances in Japan to 50,000 (and more). There are a great many available, They all have there Charms, and great production. But I would urge you not to ignore their Music Videos (MV) or called Promotional Videos (PV) in Japan. The production of them are Works of Art, PolyRhythm, Love the World and Time Warp spring to mind. And I'd also recommend their 2nd world tour Video in London UK, a Good mix of songs. Their first performance in front of an entirely English speaking Audience, its beyond adorable. Fortunately Perfume have avoided the Pop Idol Curse, they are early 30s now and still going strong. That said I really have a problem with the whole "Pop Idol" thing, in Japan. Initially I thought - "Oh look, cute little girls singing and dancing, Isn't that Sweet." But then I saw some Live performances and I noticed that a substantial part of the audience was Guys in their 40s and 50s, drooling over 13 year old girls, the more I saw of this the more it Creeped me out. Lets just say I have a problem with the sexualisation of Children. I know this is a problem all over the world, But in Japan it's been elevated to an Industrial level. Girls are Recruited at 12 or less, then when they come of age, (20 in Japan) they are booted out. I just can not watch them any more, Part of me thinks "pretty little girls singing and dancing" what's wrong with that? But the whole thing is pandering to Paedophile's, and in recent years this has got worse. The outfits, the songs and the dancing have all become Overtly Sexual, (these are 13 year old Girls) You guys are not as Old as I am, but you are not Children, I'd like to get your opinion on this?

A good song, but literally probably THE WORST PERFUME recommendation to give to anyone who has never heard them before! This song is just "ok"....one of their few "just ok" songs, in fact! I really hope you check out any of their other catalog, because it's MUCH better! PERFUME is one of the most successful, longest-performing "Pop" acts that earned their way up from the absolute bottom of obscurity in the last few decades of "J-Pop" for a reason....:)
