I haven’t been to LCA house but hope to stay or visit in June. It looks amazing and motivational. However, I think you are right about the gym/co-working space as you are then not limited by number of beds. You could then offer discounting for LCA members whilst still being open to the public. Good luck with it.

Beautiful,..mostly hotel di buleleng atau cottages ketika masuk hanya check in saja, pembayaran ketika check out. seperti gathering group atau keluarga. karena long stay untuk menikmati diving. good management meskipun cakupannya khusus. tetapi selalu full booked. you're right, it just like you know and gathering good people. miss such feeling like this. congratulation.

Congrats 🎉. I think we’d all love to hear more about how you did this. Did you form a PT-PMA? Did you meet the requirements for a hotel license? Are you now a Bali tax resident or are you planning to stay less than 6 months a year?

It is definitely a outstanding project, although I have exactly the same questions. As a foreigner who lived and worked 12 years in Indonesia, and recently married an Indonesian woman, I still cannot own any property in the country under my name.

@@cristianlamb5156 For a number of reasons, I am doubtful that his representation in the video is accurate. But, I think his core business is KZfaqr not hotelier. He's probably not the owner, but rather a promoter creating a false perception, as many KZfaqrs do. This is one of the highest rated comments, but he hasn't responded.

@@m.b.8521 It could be. If the hotel is large enough to get a hotel license, which is unclear as it looks too small from the photos. Then he would need to establish a foreign owned company, which actually owns the hotel called a PT-PMA. This requires IDR 10B in paid in capital, not including land and building. There are also zoning restrictions and in that area. I thought there are no new foreign hotels allowed in Cangu - not sure. Plus, if he plans to be in Indonesia more than 183 days a year or has a residency visa, he owes Indonesia 30 percent of his worldwide income in taxes. Among other questions. But, these are all personal questions. Just makes me doubtful of the KZfaqr’s representation. Photoshopping his lifestyle. Lots of his viewers are interested in the business details.

I'm a millwright(industrial mechanic), so in my current career I cannot be a nomad per say. But, I love your travel vlogs and respect your use of your income as a stepping stone to become even more financially independent. Well done man! As a suggestion. When I internationally travel, I like to learn/experience/dive. Not sure whether you have or not, but partnering with a dive training/excursion shop would likely be a win/win. As well as partnering with local guides etc. I'm sure you're on it, but just a comment.
