I feel you. LostProphets is one of the few bands of which I enjoy nearly every song they made. I never stopped listening to them. It reminds me of the beauty and simultaneously the ugliness of the world.

Unfortunately that won't be the case. These songs are forever tainted, specially, since Ian was the main lyricist. The brand can no longer exist because no record company will produce an album under the Lostprophets moniker. Also, the members did the right thing by distancing themselves from that awful thing. All we have left are these songs, but Lostprophets is done forever. That's why 3 out of five guys are no longer part of No Devotion. The impact of Ian's actions go beyond the music. Stu, Lee, Mike, Oliver and Luke will always be known as the Lostprophets guys...

Their first album actually did well, was on streaming for years but the label shut down & it was taken off, they only just recently added it again so there’s less streams in comparison. The music is on par with their previous work, just more raw & less mainstream, they’re making music to have a creative outlet, it’s not like they need it to be successful, they’ve made plenty of money already

I was shocked by how he deteriorated in his skill. I suppose it's drugs' influence which had revealed by that time. He didn't catch any sharp note while was singing Bring Em Down. He simply stopped to make as significant efforts as earlier. Only in my opinion. By the way it's weird to realize that at the moment of this video shooting he already perpetrated everything he was indicted in.

Much more likely they would've broken up not long after this anyway. The relationship between Ian and the rest of the group had vastly deteriorated to the point they were more coworkers, and as one he had become way too unreliable.

They didn't know about the sexual stuff or the severity of it, but Ian had been on a steady decline outside of the sick pedo shit for some time that all the other members had to deal with. In an interview I remember reading about shortly after the band broke up, one of them called him a "constant miserable challenge" or something similar.

That’s the scary part about sociopathic and manipulative monsters like Ian. They’re just really good at hiding their true intentions and go on with their depravity when no one’s watching. As the saying goes, “there are monsters hidden among us”. Plus, they were already somewhat distant with him for a while (with Ian still living in the UK while the rest of the band are in the US along with his unprofessional behaviour)
