So we bought some property in TN. We have a lot of work in front of us but at the time of this video upload our lot is ready to be rented! If you are coming to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg TN check out Lot# 209 Outdoor Resorts Gatlinburg.

Hi friend. We LOVE the Gatlinburg area. I didn't realize buying a lot for your camper was even a thing. I love that you are right on the creek. You guys have done a great job renovating your site! The stone patio is gorgeous.

Well you for sure bought in the best state and I can't argue maybe the best location. lol Why I don't think it looked to bad to start with, but y'all have done some amazing work and now it looks amazing. So happy for y'all. I in many ways wish this is what we had done. We did look there and the location is amazing. You want be running out of firewood for sure. lol The driveway area looks great. That patio area looks great to. I am on my way. lol Congrats y'all. I know I have known for a while but it's nice to share how happy I am for all 3 of you. Pebbles included. lol

Thanks William! Yes the video doesn’t show how bad the roots broke up the pavement. The site wasn’t fit to rent much less for us to stay on. We had some massive trees removed. We love the area for sure. This gives us a permanent location for longer stays in the future between renting it out! Thanks for stopping by! Paul & Magen

Congratulations! So happy for you both. I am sure you will enjoy it. I looked into something like that but it was not feasible at the time and I went with a seasonal park here in Michigan. I am happy with my choice but still think how nice owning (especially closer to home) would be! Enjoy... you are doing a great job fixing it up!
