Hey y'all! I wanted to do a new intensive light triggers video, but without the faster pace of the eye light resiliency role plays (I’ll be doing another one of those soon though!) This video features eye exam-style light triggers and light tracking with a variety of different lights.

Personally I like that it sort of strains my eyes, so when I want to close them I never want to open them again. When my eyes are tired I can fall asleep faster

The sound at 15:30 is ever so soft but somehow pleasant. Coming from the pulse width modulation of the LED driver that controls the brightness/power usage of the light (if it was on constant it would likely use too much power and/or overheat. Also an easier way of having multiple brightness levels available when clicking through). If you filmed that flashlight at 240fps with your phone, it would likely be revealed as blinking very aggressively. Fun? Maybe? lol

Oh, I *like* that red light. That would be excellent for a sci-fi roleplay, in short bursts, for some kind of "scanning" effect. The white light was inaudible to me.

I can hear the ringing on the red but not white (at least with my headphones) but to me it was actually sorta like a pleasant trigger in its own way. Especially with the "you won't tingle"/"this is a "bad" trigger" trend going around

It wasn't intrusive enough to bother me. In fact, watching you experiment with it gave some tingles. 😂 If enough people aren't bothered by it, you could probably use it. Might be cool in one of your sci-fi role plays.

Haha, years ago I watched a guided breathing thing from someone who had clearly done a LOT of breathwork, because her breaths and holds were soooooo long, and it was miserable. That's made me more aware of the issue. Last thing I want to do is make someone who's struggling with their breathing for health or anxiety issues feel even worse.

14:59. Hmm... yes, both colors of that particular light have a particular sound interaction with the speaker pick-up. The red more than the white both are quiet. But the white light is VERY quiet. Probably would’ve missed it if I wasn’t specifically listening for it. The red on the other hand is easily in normal (to me) hearing range. I assume that they have no sound outside of the mic pickup?

I could definitely hear the red & white light! It's not necessarily a bad thing, it can be its own trigger, especially with the difference in pitch (white was higher, red was lower).

With headphones on, I do hear the high pitch noise from the red light and white light. The red light noise is much more stronger, that I notice. Doesn't bother me, I consider it as part of the experience!

Also yes! I could hear the red light (which sounds weird saying). It wasn’t necessarily annoying but it was slightly concerning 😂 be careful with that rebellious red light.
