My son is the same! He will put everything in his mouth, I always need to make sure my floor is clear of everything, he will eat crumbs and little weird specks from the floor!

Riley's hair is gorgeous, even when she awakens with bedhead. Jackson took an hour and a half nap? Wow. Such cute PJs. Well, often when there are little animals on the PJ feet they are dogs with their floppy ears over their eyes because people refer to feet as dogs, as in a grandpa saying he has "sore dogs" from doing so much yardwork. But you can see the eyes or pupils on his foot friends, so who knows because they don't really look like pandas or raccoons. We are all just fine with your being dressed casually to entertain us while in your own home. Be comfortable. I love the serene photo on Joe's office wall. Glad the couch found a new home with someone who needed it. Did you leave them both down for quiet time for an hour in their rooms before getting them? Good that you can work in your bedroom. Good that you are driving to Miami. It is not safe out there in public beyond what we need to be, so you should be safe with the kids mostly in your own vehicle. Babies make us appreciate the importance of pooping normally. Toddlers make us realize the utter waste of anger and being oppositional about everything. Jackson seems to be pooping without pain. When Riley gets to age 4, if she is normal her big word, rather than NO, is likely to change to WHY. Get ready. You will hear it all day long for everything. She may even get an imaginary friend, so will ask her/him that question some of the day. LOL. You are so right about the small toys or tiny parts to things that would harm Jackson even if he did swallow them completely and they lodged somewhere other than his throat. Oddly, there is an old saying that "you have to eat a peck of dirt before you die," so it is unlikely that crumbs, hair, and other interesting organic things off the floor will hurt him because his stomach juices will just begin digesting them. And a lot of insects are full of protein. Anything digestible that isn't outright poison is tolerable, while anything that could puncture a bowel, etc., is verboten. We all like your family, so will be glad to be visiting them all. Have a safe journey getting down there. Tell Joe good luck at training.
