In this video we will see how to make lotte choco pie recipe in tamil. These choco pies have a cake pieces with marshmallow filling in the center and the whole sandwich is covered in chocolate. The soft and fluffy marshmallow center is the highlight of this choco pie. We can make this recipe either in the oven or without oven. But for making the marshmallow it is preferred to use a electric beater to get it soft and spongy.

For Cake:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup Condensed Milk
2 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Maida
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of Salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp Milk

4 tbsp Water
1 cup Sugar
6 tbsp Water
6-7 drops Lemon juice
For Chocolate coating:
100 g Dark chocolate(1/2 cup)
1 tsp Oil
