Lotus is an Appalachian Trail, Arizona Trail, and Florida Trail thru hiker. She was last working as a Park Ranger in Olympic National Park. And since there were so many requests for her gear list after some of my last videos we decided to take a look!

Maybe this video will be helpful to other women, or provide some insight! Going over gear like how she felt about the Pa'lante packs v2, if a Kula Cloth pee rag is any better than just a bandana, how her Enlightened Equipment Revelation Quilt has lasted since the appalachian trail three years ago, Bras, Underwear, baselayers, sleep socks, and torso length foam sleeping pads from a womans perspective! Something I could never otherwise offer.
After completing the Florida National Scenic Trail together, we made our way back home where Lotus lives in Arizona. Mostly have been home, running around the suburbs of Phoenix, but dreaming of going back to places like Picketpost Mountain, Weavers Needle, and this particular video was filmed on a long day hike in Black Rock Canyon. It was great to get out, and I hope you enjoy.
