Super easy and delicious Lotus Biscoff dessert cups. Everybody will ask for more!
No baking and only few simple ingredients - anyone can make it!
Perfect dessert table idea for parties, birthdays etc. or simply well deserved scrumptious dessert with your cup of tea or coffee.
RECIPE (makes 5 x 165ml cups)
200g (28 pieces) Lotus Biscoff biscuits
30g (1/8 cup) melted unsalted butter
4 tbsp custard powder (if not available then substitute with 4 tbsp corn flour (in the UK) / corn starch (in the US and other countries) plus 1 tsp vanilla extract)
2 tbsp sugar
600ml (2+1/2 cup) milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Lotus Biscoff biscuits for decoration
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
