In this episode, I put two Lotus future legends head-to-head: the iconic 2021 Evora GT and the brand-new 2024 Emira. From sleek exteriors to thrilling drives, we'll break down what makes each one tick so you can decide: modern marvel or classic champion?
Exterior: The Emira's modern design and exotic flair take center stage, leaving the Evora GT looking slightly dated. Prepare for serious head-turns with the Emira!
Interior: Step inside and the Emira's modern tech and comfortable layout win over the Evora GT's dated feel. It's clear the Emira is designed for both performance and everyday use.
Cargo: While the Emira boasts a slightly larger trunk, it's not a game-changer. Both cars prioritize driving thrills over storage space.
Engine: Both pack the same punchy supercharged 3.5L V6, but the Evora GT's lower weight gives it a slight edge in power-to-weight ratio. Expect similar performance with a touch more raw power from the GT.

First thing the reviewer said was incorrect. They are not built on the same chassis. Similar in design but different in construction and layout. I took the tour at the lotus factory and they pointed out the differences. Under the skin they are not the same.

i saw rumors thet are coming out w/ a ~500hp Emira@@RichWithCars. I f one has a Evora there no point one upgrading unless they beef up the engine. And that new sorta E-Suv that the chineese are putting out.. Colin is rolling in his grave.

14:58. Not the way to start the car. Place your right palm on the console and slide your thumb under the red guard to start. No need to lift up the guard with your fingers prior to hitting the start button.
