Welcome to Hazbin Hotels show track, Poison! A Hazbin Hotel sneak peak track that showcases the new VA for Angel Dust! And uhm.. not for nothing but..I have a feeling Angel's going to get the short end of the stick in this show.
Here's the synopsis: " The series follows Charlie Morningstar, the princess of Hell, as she sets about fulfilling her seemingly impossible dream of opening a hotel called the "Happy Hotel," which aims to rehabilitate sinners. Due to overpopulation, Hell goes through an annual purge where angels, led by Adam, descend from Heaven and kill demons. Charlie finds this upsetting, and wants to find a more peaceful solution to the overpopulation problem. Her goal is to have her clients "check out" from Hell as redeemed souls and be accepted into Heaven. "

I really like how the song’s beat is almost completely in contrast to the lyrics, up until the end when he acknowledges that he’s sick of how he is treated and the background music finally calms down to match his tone. 🩵🩷

The song was not about Alastor, it was Valentino. He's the pimp you see abusing Angel in the Addict video.

After thinking about it, it should've clicked that the silhouette we saw wasn't Alastor, but Husk. Dunno why that didn't click 🤨 Then again, I could be wrong, the head reminds me more of Alastor. We'll see once the show's out lol

The silhouettes actually aren’t any characters that we know already. In a previous trailer for the series, there was a brief shot of Angel Dust, in the Poison latex outfit, dancing on a stage or something with backup dancers behind him. The silhouettes here match those backup dancers, exactly, both in appearance and in movement. 😊 My guess is that, in the series, this song is going to be, at least partially, part of a performance in Valentino’s studio, similar to the beginning of Addict.

So the change in VAs was a requirement of the Union. Since it isn't a for free KZfaq indie production anymore you gotta use union members. It sucks, but the entire oroginal voice cast did a final song together thats basically a farewell to the fans and thanks for loving what they made. No one had hurt feelings. Amd the entire new cast abaolutely crushes it. Blake Roman is a god damn genius at playing angel.

The name of the VA is Blake Roman! Michael Kovach was the old VA, also the one who song "Addict"! Also the silhouettes are background dancers that will appear in the tv series. Hazbin Hotel will be a musical tv show - so a lot more songs will be in there!
