15:11 not only is it a Florida derby, it's a conference rival -- they play every year -- but usually neither team was that good. In fact this was their final game of the regular season -- they had to cancel another game to reschedule this one due to a hurricane -- and they were undefeated at 11-0, completing a particularly remarkable turnaround from two seasons prior when they went 0-12!

Currently the Guiness World Record for loudest indoor crowd roar goes to Allen Fieldhouse, which is home court for University of Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team. The record was set at 130.4 dbs. Which is equal to jet taking off or a gun fired at close range. It wasn't set during a specific moment/play during a game, but I believe it was set right before tipoff or at the start of the second half. The stadium holds 16,300 people.

Just a note, one has to take into account the difference of venue these reactions are taking place in; number of fans, enclosed arena/open roof stadium, etc. If you've never been to a college football game in a stadium that seats 100,000+ fans, I would suggest everyone do it at least once. Tennessee and Michigan are two that come to mind. That said, any SEC conference game that major rivals are playing is a thing of beauty. The sights and SOUNDS are amazingly over the top and VERY LOUD!!!! It's an experience you won't soon forget.

Sweet!! The fact you guys know the back stories on a lot of these moments is impressive. ♣ Also your patreon exclusive are exceptional. I watch the Money Ball reaction with my cousin and we had a great time. I hope you guys will continue to do movies. You both added a lot of great observations and insights due to you being new to baseball. You guys bring aspects of the British culture in your perspectives that add to my viewing experience in a meaningful way. I love to see the contrast in your viewpoints when compared to ours how we both relate to sports. Personally, I view every sporting event as though I am the actual participant, so I tend to prefer sports that I have a lot of experience playing ie,,, baseball, basketball, football (American), tennis and track & field. I find it difficult to watch sports that I haven't played because I cannot relate to what the players are experiencing physically and emotionally. I remember hitting a game winning shot in a pick up game with nobody watching at my local YMCA and felt on top of the world. And remember it until this day 35+ years later. Can't imagine what it must feel like for a 19 year old college kid to win a National Championship for his school that'll be remember and celebrated forever. Last week the Dodger had a celebration to honor Fernando Valenzuela who is the same age as me (62) and the fans went wild when he came out to wave to the crowd. He was one of the Dodgers greatest pitchers back in the 80's and is still revered in LA. The team seems to honor him every year in some way and even young Dodger fans know who he is. The fact that teams continue to honor these titans of sports often erecting statues or naming streets and buildings in their cities after them is a testament to the cultural importance of sports to Americans. Congratulation on the channel Nick and Damo. You guys are really doing a fantastic job here with this community. ♥

The Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs stadiums are both built to take advantage of sound levels. Also, the old Denver Broncos stadium was built this way. All of the old domed stadiums used to be known for crazy loud crowd noise. During the 1991 World Series, in Minneapolis was monitored for decibel levels. Many times they reached the level of a 747 airplane. Most NFL stadiums have monitors in them now. The loudest crowd noise went back n forth between the Chiefs and Seahawks for a few seasons. I'm not sure who has the current title.

That OKC playoff atmosphere is wild. I envy it as a fan of a team in a big city with a home crowd that’s fairly tame. Handful of NBA arenas are unmatched in the postseason. Okc, Utah, Sacramento, seems like the small market one-sport teams see this kinda environment.

This video definitely neglects hockey. In my opinion, hockey actually has some of the best crowd reactions. The Hurricanes stadium, PNC arena, was designed to be as loud as possible by stacking the decks as steep as possible. They knew that being in North Carolina (a state that had little exposure to hockey before the Canes), the crowds might be smaller (now we have a top 3 attendance). During the playoffs it’s insane, and has been given the nickname “the loudest house in the NHL.”

The unfortunate thing about hockey is that it’s hard to capture the full atmosphere of the arena. It’s my favorite sport, but the product on TV might not even be half as good as the product in person. You also have to deal with motion blur while watching hockey on tv, and it makes it considerably harder to track the puck. The one piece of advice I have for this is to watch the players rather than the puck.

I don't know if they're still up and around, but there used to be two phone camera footage videos of the Delmon Young 3 run go ahead double. One was a compilation of ones taken inside the crowd, and another from a hotel balcony or something looking down on the park from about 500 yards away. That one you can really get a sense of how loud that place got. You can't really see the action that well from that distance, but you sure as hell hear that crowd ramp up and up and up again as the play unfolded.

I was surprised to see that the loudest sport moment I've ever witnessed in person made it to this video - it was Game 2 of the MLB ALDS in 2014, Orioles v Tigers, bottom of the 8th, the Orioles down by 2 runs but were coming back, had the bases loaded, Delmon Young came up with the crowd already quite loud - and there was no time for us to quiet down, as he just smoked the first pitch. What struck me about it at the time is how the crowd noise ratcheted upwards from there. Louder when he makes contact, louder still when the ball hits the ground, louder still when it goes all the way to the wall...and then it really cranks up when the runner from first scores and they take the lead! Utter pandemonium! They went on to win that series. A fun year. (Sadly, Delmon Young was cut the next year and apparently spiraled downward from there. He'd already had a history of anger and alcohol issues including at least one arrest before the Orioles signed him so they were already taking a chance on him. I hope over the years he's gotten the help he needed. He sure brought a lot of joy that night.)

My comments: 1. You need to take these loudest reaction vids w/ a grain of salt. The quality of these clips varies wildly + the maker included road winner games that would never qualify as the loudest. You just have to be there. I've been fortunate enough to see a buzzer beater @ home personally. It's awesome. 2. Not only did they not include hockey they didn't include soccer either. If you're a Man City fan I'd be upset. 3. As some1 who grew up in Phoenix, it was a pleasure to see the Larry Fitzgerald hilites. Rarely have the Arizona Cardinals had playoff winning moments. Naturally I wasn't happy about seeing Kobe beat my Suns for the umpteenth time, but I'm comforted in knowing Phoenix came back from the 3-1 deficit he created. 4. I live in Portland now, so it's bittersweet seeing both of Damian Lillard's series winning shots. Hopefully he'll change his mind, cancel his trade request & stay here.

Any Loudest Crowd Reactions EVER video that doesn’t include the infamous Earthquake game between LSU and Auburn is weak sauce. I was on the opposite side of the stadium from where the reception was made and the students section, and the stadium quite literally shook because the eruption was so loud. I will never forget the electricity in that place when that happened.

I was at a Detroit Lions game was so loud the refs announced they were going to penalize the Detroit Lions if the fans didn't quiet down. It was the game Barry Sanders broke the single season 2,000-yard rushing mark.

@@dalehammers4425 I can imagine it happens more often than we think. we were playing the Jets it was also a win and in the playoffs game. The refs announced the potential of a delay-of-game penalty due to crowd noise. Then we obviously got louder and the Jets couldn't make their calls at the line. The flag was thrown and we booed until the Ralph's announce delay-of-game against the Jets than the stadium erupted even more.

I look at this way, first, if the camera is not shaking at a stadium it is not that loud. Two for whatever reason this clipper really focused on basketball, and hockey was not found until the second video. Reality is closed roof stadiums are generally louder, even with more people in the open air ones. I think if you are going to have loudest crowd reactions you need to make sure they are loud (that Super Bowl TD was not) and that the sound is level across all videos. But whatever they did like four of them eventually.

Keep up the humor guys!! Right in your bag per usual haha (vacuum humor in particular). I would agree that this was a rather subjective vid but all things considered a lot of great playoff environment moments. Look at you - calling out all of the moments you’ve already seen. You guys are pros now!! 🥲 Imo any “playoff” type environment or rivalry with playoff implications on the line always takes the cake. Surprised we didn’t see Michigan vs. OSU or more college football in general. My guess on why we didn’t see more hockey is that usually hockey stadiums are smaller capacity 20k-30k while football holds much more 70k+ and baseball is usually in the middle. That would be more a general statement though - hockey fans are PASSIONATE lol and a playoff hockey environment can make an opposing fan loosen their bowels. An interesting video idea for you guys to try would be crowd silencing moments….equally if not more satisfying as you’re usually on the road. @D - no worries, Ford Field is going to be as louder than 500k dead kneecaps clattering together 🦁👑🟦 #OnePride
