Loudest Thunder I've Ever Heard - 7-7-2015

This storm was part of a large cold front moving east across Pennsylvania. I sat through the rain as the storm moved over me until a bolt of lightning hit the ground somewhere close behind me, generating the loudest crack of thunder in my life.
Note: My camera's built-in microphone dulled the thunder down because it was so loud.

I remember when I was a kid and there was a bolt of lightning that struck so close it didn't even echo. It was just a gunshot like POP. Also apparently when I was a baby, light on struck so close and burned our neighbors barn and it somehow apparently turned on some of my toys that were around the room. Weird.

"turned on some of my toys" That's due to induced current from a strong magnetic field created by the lightning.

Omg. That's exactly what I heard yesterday. The thunder was right above me at that moment. You got a perfect shot and shock there lol!

Usman A the other day, there was a lightning storm at our house, the lightning kept striking very close, it was freaking me out!

It's weird how much of these same storms or systems I also have film of! I remember a lot of these. Not this system though.

That was soooooo lame. Just show the end, not the entire video. Don't watch this people, it's gotta be the worst NOT LOUD THUNDER. Hahaha lame o
