No lateral sideskirts points to not being an R. No auxiliar gauges points to not being really a restyling, but a non-RLine pre-restyiling partially converted to restyling. Also cromed air vents points to not being a R. Most probably a 2.0tsi pre-restyiling. So most probably not 350 bhp unless it had turbo swapped for a K04. Expert eye here

@m3 h : FWD , 2.0L Turbo , 206 hp , 350 Nm , DSG-6 and 1400 kg. Seems like a better base to start of than a 1.4 TSi that might broke since it's not built for any sort of tuning
