I just bought this belt in Damier print but my concern is hole stretching. How much has the canvas given in to stretching the holes? Do you still feel it fits and stays in the holes securely?

Aaron Miller I have heard that they only stretch horribly if they aren’t the proper fit or if you sag with it. A little stretching is inevitable but it shouldn’t be crippling

Yes this is a problem. Its a great looking belt, but i barely wear it. Its actually a very odd configuration of a belt, its held in place with just a prong inside a hole. I almost thought i was wearing it wrong. The top bit of the metal logo comes up a little high and has some sharply angled edges that dig into your stomach when seated. I'm waiting for the day for buckle to fall off and into a toilet. I've had this belt come undone many times while wearing it. Its not a good belt if you need a belt to hold up your pants, this video shows it being worn very loose, probably ok for that. It looks good, but is not great engineering.

This should be an accessory, not something that ads too much functionality... So make sure your pants are properly sized and you're fit enough where when you sit, there isn't weird stretching of the belt happpening.

@@benjamiinxk i agree they are great belts MCM belts are much thicker it seems than the brown lv initials one i have and the cognac brown leather seems very durable on the MCM the lv one feels like you gotta handle it with more care if you compare the belts
